About the Founder

Banjoko Micheal
Stuffin

"This academy is not my personal vision — it is God's vision. A divine assignment to revamp the mindset of people who have been lost in the world of uncertainty, so they can be found again."

Entrepreneur. Author. Writer. Web Developer. Content Creator. Creator of Possibilities. In 2023, God revealed this mission to Banjoko. Though many doubted it at the time, he moved forward in obedience — and by 2024, a community was born.

What started as simple teachings on WhatsApp status grew into weekly Sunday sessions that people gathered for consistently — for free. By the end of 2024, over 40 teaching series had been delivered, lives had been changed, and careers had been transformed.

In 2025, he took the next step — building formal structure, enrolling a team, and officially launching Principles of Growth Academy so that more lives could be reached, more talents discovered, and more purposes fulfilled.

What exactly is Principles of Growth Academy?

POG Academy is a transformational educational institution founded in 2024. We provide structured programmes in personal development, entrepreneurship, spiritual growth, mindset transformation, and skill acquisition. We are not a conventional school — we are a movement designed to awaken purpose, build identity, and equip individuals with the tools to thrive in the digital age.

Who is this academy designed for?

POG Academy is for anyone who wants to grow — secondary school students, university graduates, young entrepreneurs, career professionals, and anyone who feels stuck, lost, or in need of direction. If you have dreams and are ready to build the principles to pursue them, you belong here.

What will I actually learn or gain?

Depending on your plan, you will gain: a clear sense of identity and purpose, entrepreneurship and business strategy, spiritual alignment, mindset innovation, skill acquisition (writing, digital marketing, tech, and more), mentorship access, and a community of growth-minded individuals. Every participant is also required to take a skill course — because we do not raise idle students.

How are the sessions delivered?

Sessions are delivered via live Zoom meetings — 4 sessions per week for the Starter and Premium plans. The Exclusive plan also includes physical training sessions and one-on-one mentorship. All sessions are structured, facilitated, and recorded for participants who cannot attend live.

Do you offer scholarships?

Yes — scholarships are one of the Academy's core commitments. 80% of our income is channelled back into sponsoring deserving students who cannot afford access. Is this a religious programme?

Our curriculum is grounded in divine principles and spiritual alignment — particularly within the Christian faith. However, the core teachings on identity, purpose, skill, mindset, and entrepreneurship are universal and applicable to anyone. We reference spiritual truth as a source of power and direction, not as a barrier to entry.

What is The Laws of Processing book about?

The Laws of Processing is a practical guide written by our founder, Banjoko Micheal. It is a manual of life — covering identity, purpose, habit, consistency, manifestation, and the divine principles that govern growth. It is not a story book. It reads like mentorship with the author — structured, practical, and full of steps you can apply immediately. All Starter Plan participants receive it free.

What happens after I enroll?

After you submit the enrollment form, the Academy team will contact you within 24–48 hours to confirm your place, share your programme details, and walk you through the onboarding process. You will be added to the community group, given your session schedule, and welcomed officially. Everything is structured — nothing is left to chance.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours before your programme officially begins. Once the programme has commenced, fees are non-refundable. In cases of documented emergency, the Academy may consider a programme deferral or partial credit at its discretion. Please contact stuffin@principlesofgrowth.space for any such requests.
